Refunds, Returns, and Cancellations

Long’s Shadow Holster products are built to your exact specifications when the order is placed. If you have any questions on the configuration etc., please call (720) 453-3903 prior to placing your order. My team and I will assist you for as long as it takes to ensure you are ordering the correct gear for your application. We will not accept a cancelation or refund once 48 hours have passed since the order was placed as materials, hardware, and attachments have been purchased and allocated. To cancel your order within the 48-hour mark of purchase, please email Sales@LSholster.com or call (720) 453-3903 anytime Mon-Fri Mountain Time.

Returns

We will not accept a return once 48-hours have passed since the order was placed as materials, hardware, and attachments have been purchased and allocated.

Refund Processing

You should expect to receive your refund within 72 hours of from the request if the request has been made prior to the 48-hour mark from the time of purchase. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Shipping

We can ship to most any address in the world, baring international sanctions or other State Department restricted countries or regions. Note there are restrictions on some products, and therefore these products cannot be shipped outside of the continental United States.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight and dimension based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the nearest full pound.
